We are happy to announce the release of WPHelpDesk version 1.3.0, which includes the following changes:
- A clean and fresh design to improve the plugin’s usability

- You can send an email summary to customers and agents letting them know a ticket has been closed (you can customise the content of the email via the settings→email notifications page).
- Bug Fixes:
- We fixed a JavaScript issue preventing the display of auto-suggestions when an agent reassigned a ticket to another agent.
Users with an active license will receive a notification to receive the update via WordPress Plugins page; alternatively, you can download it from your account page.
