The Client Portal can be enabled via a shortcode and allows logged in users to access all of their tickets and reply to them.
To use it, create a new page (its title and URL can be of your choice) and add the following shortcode as its content:
Afterwards, visit the general settings page, select the title of the page you just created in the “Client Portal page” drop-down selection, and save the changes.
By default, an input to search for tickets will be displayed on the Client Portal page. To disable this, you should modify the shortcode as below:
